The annual home owners association meeting will be on March 15th at 7pm at New Palestine Town Hall.  Residents are encouraged to attend.  Please contact a HOA officer if you have an item to be added to the agenda.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Time for Spring Cleaning, kids out grown clothes and toys, or just collected too many items?  Clean out those closets and cabinets and make some money while doing it.  Join us for the 2015 annual Garage Sale on Saturday June 6th.  Sale begins at 08:00, you pick the time you want to be finished. 

The Seifert Creek HOA annual dues are due by March 30, 2015.  The 2015 amount is $250.00. You may pay your dues at the HOA annual meeting or mail to Seifert Creek HOA, PO Box 472, New Palestine  IN., 46163.
